ROLE SUMMARY:The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the businesses. Reporting directly to the MD, you will be tasked with identifying and driving consumer and sales insights to guide strategic decision-making and retail strategy development. You and the MD will be instrumental in generating revenue and customer acquisition and socializing deep consumer relationships through social and data-driven storytelling. Your work will impact revenue & customer growth, product innovation, testing, and launch marketing strategies and campaign optimization. 

Experience in both digital and social marketing is preferred as well as knowledge of third-party data (i.e. Google, Facebook, Instagram etc.). The ideal candidate will have CPG and/or DTC, or agency experience, preferably within the sports and/or golf industry space. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Devlope and execute digital marketing campaigns including opportunity evaluation, asset delivery, monitoring campaign performance, and updating reports

Involved in campaign set up, insertion order creation, campaign optimization, creative briefs, delivery fulfillment, and billing

Focus will be on campaigns for online, CPC, social, influencer, video, radio, and podcasts

(though not exclusive of other media channels)

Pull, analyze, and report daily data across all acquisition marketing channels

Assist in the facilitation and reporting of competitive data

Aid in the development of presentations and updates to management

Assist in research for new marketing opportunities and tools

Staying up to date with current marketing, media, and social trends and news

Coordinate with the team to communicate acquisition needs

Manage and own process of developing new acquisition partners

Oversee monthly spend accruals for Finance/Accounts

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Finance, or Data/Analytics

1-2 year(s) work experience preferred

Proven analytical and quantitative skills

Knowledge of media metrics preferred (CPM, CPV, CPC, CTR, GRP, Reach / Frequency, etc)

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with Shopify, FaceBook, Instagram, Google (Ads, Display & Shopping), Klaviyo

Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and results-oriented but still be an excellent team player with a strong level of service

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives
